How do I book a ride to dialysis or another recurring appointment?

Book the first ride

Open your provider's Carevus link, or sign in at app.carevus.com. Then:

• Enter the pickup address and the clinic address.
• Choose a round trip and set a return pickup time.
• Choose wheelchair transport if you need it.
• Add a note for the driver, like which door to use.

Save it as a template

After you book, Carevus offers to save the trip as a template. A template keeps the rider, the addresses and the trip details. To book again, open the template and choose the new date and time.

Check every date

Each ride is its own booking. Carevus does not book a series for you. If you go three times a week, make sure every ride you need shows in your trips list.

Tips for dialysis rides

Treatment can run longer than planned. Ask your provider what happens to your return pickup if you are not ready on time.

If your chair time changes, update your rides with your provider as soon as you know.
