- How do I book a ride to dialysis or another recurring appointment?Book the first ride with your provider in Carevus, add a return pickup, then save it as a template so the next booking only needs a date and time.
- Does Medicaid cover rides to medical appointments?Often, yes, for eligible members with no other way to get to covered care. Rules vary by state and plan, so check with your plan before you book.
- What should I do if my ride is late or doesn't show?Check the trip in Carevus first, then call your transportation provider. Here is what to do before, during and after a late or missed ride.
- Can I book rides for a parent or someone I care for?Yes. In Carevus you can book a ride for another person, follow the trip from your account, and save it as a template for next time.
- How does Carevus work with my transportation provider?Carevus is a rider app from Monxt LLC, not a transportation provider. Your provider runs the rides; Carevus is where you book them and keep track.
