Booking & tracking
Use the link or code your provider gave you. It opens their booking page in the Carevus app, where you share your trip details. Already have an account? Sign in at app.carevus.com.
Your rides are kept together in the Carevus app, so you can check on upcoming trips and look back at past ones in one place.
Changes and cancellations follow the policies of the operator providing your trip.

- How do I book a ride to dialysis or another recurring appointment?Book the first ride with your provider in Carevus, add a return pickup, then save it as a template so the next booking only needs a date and time.

- How does Carevus work with my transportation provider?Carevus is a rider app from Monxt LLC, not a transportation provider. Your provider runs the rides; Carevus is where you book them and keep track.
