How does Carevus work with my transportation provider?
Carevus is a rider app from Monxt LLC, not a transportation provider. Your provider owns the vehicles, employs the drivers and runs the rides. Carevus is the app where you book with them and keep track of your trips.
Who does what
- Your provider: vehicles, drivers, schedules, prices, and rules for changes and cancellations.
- Carevus: the app where you request rides with your provider, see trip status and keep your past rides.
How to find your provider in Carevus
Your provider gives you a Carevus link or a code. The link opens their booking page in the app. Carevus does not list or rank providers.
Who to contact
For a question about a ride, call your provider. You can call them from the trip page in the app.
